VP Communication - Ryan

VP Academics - Adibba, Marissa

• UME has ordered GOC designation cards for all three classes. Future orders will be aligned with GOC week.

• Marissa received a sample of 25 cards from Conversations Matter (AHS).

• Upcoming accreditors meeting on December 2.

• Exam 3 feedback was submitted on November 20 during CDW by assessment reps.

• Formative OSCE scheduled for December 3 during the Clinical Skills Block.

• Adibba attended the SEC meeting for Co 2027 on November 24.

VP Finance - Jonah

VP Events - Michelle, Oliver

• Venue visit for the winter formal is planned for tomorrow morning. DJ and budget adjustments will follow venue confirmation.

• Dodgeball tournament is scheduled for December 7. Collaboration with the athletics rep to ensure smooth execution.

• Athletics plans to provide food for the event. Budget confirmation is pending.

• Jersey Rep will share logo details with the class soon. Encouraging classmates to step up with logo designs.

VP Global Health - Sanam

VP External (Provincial) - Jake

• AMA Survey: Promote among classmates (e.g., in tutorials). Results will inform AMA advocacy materials.

• Conference Funding Committee: Collaborating with VP National and VP Finance. Adjustments made to the cycle deadline.

VP External (National) - Michael

• Western Medical Student Summit: Save the date for February 7-9, 2025.

• SGM 2025, Halifax: Early planning for flights and hotels to manage costs.

• Collaborating with VP Provincial and VP Finance on Conference Funding Committee.

VP SAW - Yekta

• Awaiting handover from the 2026 VP SAW.

• Scheduled meeting with senior and junior We Care Committee members within the next two weeks.
