The purpose of this group is to empower women to explore and engage in various surgical and/or medical careers. As women face significant and unique barriers throughout their medical careers, we hope this club will be able to provide mentorship, camaraderie, and opportunities for women choosing to achieve their professional and personal goals in surgery and medicine.
